To be loved, transformed and treasured

My research is related to the concept of longevity and sustainability.
Here are some of the images from Kogin-net. An organisation in Japan
who interpret kogin stitch into a contemporary design, maintaining the characteristics of
the kogin stitch. Its innovative, graphical, modern and chic but friendly. Most importantly,
its transforming the oldest technique into something new and special.

Kogin Pattern

Origami Kogin- this is my favourite!

All images taken from their website. I've been contacting the founder of this group,
who has kindly answered my questions about kogin and their concept, and also
let me put these pictures in my blog. Please take a look at their website!:)
